Residential Clinician
The Residential Clinician under the Supervision of the Clinical Director works with young people ages 13-21 in the Plummer Youth Promise Residential Programs located in Salem, MA. As an integral part of the Clinical Team, the Clinician works directly with youth and their families to comprehensively address their behavioral health needs. The Residential Clinician will support the Clinical Director with the overall planning, implementation, delivery, and oversight of the clinical services provided by the program. This is a 30 hour per week position that can be creatively integrated into a standard 40-hour work week between Monday-Friday. Evening hours may be required on an occasional basis to meet the needs of youth and families.
Job Type: Part Time
License/Certification: LCSW, LMHC or LICSW (Required)
Pay: $48,750.00 per year
Residential Counselor
The Residential Counselor provides for the direct supervision of residents, ages 13-21 in the Plummer Youth Promise Residential Programs during their shift. The Residential Counselor is an integral part of the treatment team and works with Residents daily to assist them in achieving their identified treatment goals.

Salary: $18.25 – $19.80 an hour
Community Partnerships Manager
Plummer Youth Promise is seeking a creative and energetic Community Partnerships Manager. The mission of this new role is to grow our donor pipeline, create meaningful opportunities and experiences for volunteers, and build partnerships in the communities we serve. Reporting to the Director of Development and Communications, the Manager will lead four integral programs: community presence, volunteer engagement, and in-kind and monthly giving.
This is a full-time position based in our Salem, MA offices. The role features a hybrid work schedule: three days in office, two days remote.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $55,000-$65,000 a year, depending on experience and qualifications
